From day one you know you have found a different orthodontic practice. I have been impressed by Dr. Murray’s professional and ethical dental treatment options that after the initial consultation may or may not result in a recommendation of immediate care. When treatment is recommended, Dr. Murray and his office manager, Jolynn, are wonderful in explaining how it will proceed and negotiating insurance/payment options. He and his staff make appointments fun for the patients and their parents with contests, holiday themed decorations, helpful attitudes and thoughtful consideration of scheduling conflicts. We are pleased with the care that our daughter received at the office and appreciate the convience of two locations, south and eastside. Now the braces are off and my daughter’s smile is beautiful!
